The event will examine work carried out by 125 contributors from 31 countries to develop global guidelines for health promotion in higher music education.
According to Guildhall, the project reached consensus that many of the challenges experienced by musicians – including stress, injury, burnout and marginalisation – are not inevitable, but are shaped by systems that institutions can change.
The panel is aimed at students, performers and leaders with an interest in the future of music education.
Speakers will include Raluca Matei, Sean Gregory, Tim Palmer and David Dolan.
